In 2023, UNICEF Bulgaria made a strategic decision to shift toward always-on online fundraising communication.
Task for Brigada&Co:
To develop a comprehensive concept and strategy for high-performing digital campaigns that deliver sustainable results.
The Challenge:
To build the entire system from the ground up — from concept and creative to setup, tracking, and performance optimization.
Objective:
To attract long-term monthly donors through well-planned, targeted, and trackable digital campaigns.
Results so far:
● Over 30 campaigns executed within 2 years
● More than 5,000 recurring donation subscriptions — and the number keeps growing
